How soon do you ship? How do I pickup if I am local?
– We ship within 2-3 business days. If you would like to pick your order up, select ‘Local Pickup’ at checkout. Once your order is ready for pickup, we will email you with instructions. We may alternatively message you on Facebook if we have communicated in the past regarding pickup. Once your item is ready for pickup, our return policy 7 day period begins whether the item has been picked up or not.

I input my address incorrectly into the shipping address field. What can I do?
– If you input the wrong address, contact us immediately at scarlett@heidibooboutique.com, or for the fastest response, message our Facebook page, Heidi Boo Boutique. We will help all we can, but we are not liable for any packages sent to the wrong address due to the incorrect address being entered at checkout.

What is your return policy?
– Items may be returned to us within 7 days of you receiving the item via mail, or 7 days from the day we notify you that your order is ready for pickup (regardless of whether the order has been picked up). We are not able to offer exchanges unless the item is being exchanged the day we are notified, for local customers only. Items must be in unworn, new condition to receive a full refund.
