What is your shipping schedule? We ship within 2-3 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has shipped.

What if I’m local? We offer FREE local pickup! Select ‘Local Pickup’ at checkout. Once your order is ready for pickup, we will email you with instructions. We may alternatively message you on Facebook if we have communicated in the past regarding pickup. Once your item is ready for pickup, our return policy 7 day period begins whether the item has been picked up or not.

I input my address incorrectly into the shipping address field. What can I do?
If you input the wrong address, contact us immediately at scarlett@heidibooboutique.com, or for the fastest response, message our Facebook page, Heidi Boo Boutique. We will help all we can, but we are not liable for any packages sent to the wrong address due to the incorrect address being entered at checkout.

What is your Return Policy? If your order is ‘local pickup’- Once your item is ready for pickup, our return policy 7 day period begins whether the item has been picked up or not. If your order has shipped- our return policy 7 day period begins once your package has arrived. The date of arrival is determined by the provided tracking number.
